How do I book a tour package?

-You may reservation or Booking this trip via or through our email or WhatsApp that listed in each Tour package, rafaelkomodotop@gmail.com,WhatsApp +62851-2414-2969,

-booking status is always confirmed if you have paid the Down Payment and we received it.

-We Will cancel your booking or reservation if You don’t send us Down Payment

-we recommended you to book the tour far in advance to get mire option of tour program an facilities based on your need and preference

Can I customize my itinerary?

-You may customize your trip to Komodo national Park and Flores Island based on Your spot and place you want, so we will tailored or arrange it base on you request and preference

-As an example you have do tour on Flores Island or Komodo National Park but you want to change it, we are very flexible and we can discussed it on the way with our tour guide on the Spot, this can be done only if you do Private exclusive trip, but if you do Open Trip, It is not possible even more rushed when you are on the Tour spot.

What payment methods are accepted?

Price system

the Tour Price We quoted it In Indonesian Rupiah (IDR), American Dollars (USD) or Other Currencies that is same with the Local exchange rates.
The tour price that sent to you may change before tour date, if suddenly basic need and fuel price increase in Indonesia.
there will be different price during high season June-October and other Low season December-May.
The Tour package price does not included extra personal Expenses
Infant under 4 years is Free of Charge
Kids 4 years above is normal payment as like Adult

Payment System

Down Payment (25%) is have to confirm to secure your tour reservation
rest of payment (75%) must be paid 10 days before trip departure
Transaction In the Bank does not calculated in the tour price
please send us the proof of your down payment
Recommended payment is using Revolut, Bank Transfer and western Union
at moment we don’t accepted credit card Payment system

Do you offer group discounts?

Discount System

If you come more than 10 people in private trip to Komodo National park and Flores Island, We will give free charge 1 person
If you Booking Last Minutes 5 person in doing open Trip To Komodo National Park, we will Discount (5-10 %) Person
If you come During Low Season December- May, we May Consider to give you massive Discount)

Is travel insurance included in the package?

We Don’t cover Travel Insurance in Our Tour Program, We suggest You to arrange it by your self in Your Country before traveling. to assisted you if there is suddenly happen during trip such as Damage, Injury, serious diseases, lost/damage

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation after down payment 30 days prior to the trip Departure is not refundable
Cancellation after full payment 10 days prior to departure is not refundable

Force Majeure

we can cancel or Postpone the Trip if there is any force Majeure happened such as volcano eruption, war, political instability, huge demonstration, natural disaster, bad weather, earthquake, etc, we will inform you as early as possible if it is happened
if we received your payment, we might reschedule the date or offering you other alternative schedule of tour or even refund your money is possible.

Responsibility

as a Tour Operator We responsible for all of tour package, Itinerary, Hotels, meals, Tour Guide, Car, tour attraction, safety, and everything you need during the trip
we don’t responsible for any damage, cancel flight, injury, accident
