Embark on an exhilarating 1-day trekking adventure 到 Mount Egon, one of Flores Island’s most active and dramatic volcanoes. This full-day experience begins in 毛梅雷 and takes you deep into the volcanic landscape, where you’ll enjoy panoramic views, volcanic fumes, and the thrill of reaching the summit of this fascinating mountain.

📅 旅游行程

Morning – Departure & Trekking Start

• Early breakfast at your hotel (or take a packed breakfast)
• Pick-up from hotel in 毛梅雷
• Drive approx. 45 minutes to the trekking start point near Blidit Village at the foot of Mount Egon
• Guided trek begins through forested volcanic trails toward the summit
• Trekking time: 3-4小时 (medium difficulty — good stamina recommended)

Summit Experience

• Arrive at the top of Egon Volcano with spectacular views of Maumere Bay
• 看 steam and volcanic smoke rising from the crater, with strong sulphur scent in the air
• Option (if energy permits): descend partially into the crater for a closer look at the volcanic epicenter
• Spend time enjoying the dramatic landscape before the descent begins

Afternoon – Return & Optional Cultural Visit

• Trek down via the same scenic route
• Drive back to your hotel in Maumere
• Optional: 访问 Dokar Village in the afternoon to experience local culture, traditional ikat weaving, and dance performances (extra activity — not included in base price)
