• • Kelor-Insel: This is your morning wake-up call. The island is small, but it features a very steep hill. The climb takes only 10 to 15 minutes, but it gets your heart pumping. Once you reach the top, you get a full view of the white sand spit and the turquoise sea below.
  • Rinca Island (Loh Buaya): Many people think you can only see Komodo dragons on Komodo Island. Rinca is actually closer to Labuan Bajo, saving you hours of sailing time. The dragons here are just as massive and wild. The infrastructure at Loh Buaya has been completely upgraded. You walk on comfortable, elevated wooden boardwalks, making it very accessible and safe while keeping the wildlife undisturbed.

  • Manjarite Island: Unlike other deep water snorkeling spots, Manjarite is a sheltered bay. The water is calm like a swimming pool. It features a long wooden pier where you can jump straight into the water. The coral gardens here are shallow, healthy, and filled with sea life, making it excellent even for beginners.
  • Kalong-Insel: The grand finale. “Kalong” means giant fruit bat. The island itself is a thick mangrove forest with no solid ground. At dusk, hundreds of thousands of these massive bats wake up and fly out into the sunset sky to find food on the mainland. Watching this synchronized natural event from the deck of your boat is the best way to end the day.

    Our team picks you up directly from your Labuan Bajo hotel lobby. We take you straight to the harbor to board your private boat.
  • 06:30 AM – Sail to Kelor Island
    Enjoy the cool morning breeze on the deck. The sail takes about 45 minutes.
  • 07:15 AM – Hiking Kelor Island
    Time for the short, steep climb. The panoramic view from the top is iconic. Wear shoes or sandals with a good grip.
  • 08:30 AM – Cruise to Rinca Island
    We head deeper into the national park. Relax on the deck during the 1-hour cruise.
  • 09:30 AM – Encountering Komodo Dragons at Rinca Island
    Meet the legendary Komodo dragons in their natural habitat. A local ranger guides us safely along the trail.
  • 11:30 AM – Lunch on Board & Sail to Manjarite
    Dig into a freshly prepared local lunch while the boat glides toward our next stop.
  • 01:00 PM – Snorkeling at Manjarite Island
    This calm, shallow bay is perfect for spotting colorful corals, clownfish, and sea turtles.
  • 03:30 PM – Sail to Kalong Island
    We move to our final spot of the day. Grab a cold drink and find a cozy spot on deck.
  • 05:45 PM – Sunset & Flying Foxes at Kalong Island
    The highlight of the evening. Watch the sky turn orange as thousands of giant fruit bats fly out from the mangrove forest right above our boat.
  • 06:30 PM – Sail Back to Labuan Bajo
    We cruise back under the starlight.
  • 07:30 PM – Hotel Drop-off
    Arrive back at your hotel safely. Your adventure concludes here.
