SIMAKSI signifie Surat Izin Masuk Kawasan Konservasi, soit Permis d'entrée en zone de conservation. Ce permis officiel est obligatoire pour toute personne ou tout groupe souhaitant mener des activités à l'intérieur d'une zone de conservation en Indonésie, notamment le parc national de Komodo. Sans un SIMAKSI valide, l'accès à la zone de conservation ou la réalisation de certaines activités à l'intérieur de celle-ci sont interdits.
