Sin embargo, la ciudad a\u00fan enfrenta desaf\u00edos de infraestructura, incluyendo... <strong>Carreteras estrechas, espacio de estacionamiento limitado y la reciente introducci\u00f3n de prohibiciones de estacionamiento en varias calles principales<\/strong> \u2014 un acontecimiento que ha llamado la atenci\u00f3n del p\u00fablico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si bien Labuan Bajo es conocida por sus impresionantes paisajes y ricas atracciones culturales, sus carreteras y estacionamientos no han respondido al ritmo de la creciente demanda de transporte. Por ello, el gobierno local ha tomado medidas firmes para prohibir el estacionamiento aleatorio o ilegal en la calle en zonas clave con el fin de mejorar la fluidez del tr\u00e1fico y el uso del espacio p\u00fablico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Medidas gubernamentales para hacer cumplir las normas de estacionamiento<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>El <strong>Gobierno de la regencia de West Manggarai<\/strong>, a trav\u00e9s de la <strong>Departamento de Transporte<\/strong>, ha emitido una serie de nuevas regulaciones y medidas de cumplimiento, entre ellas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Instalaci\u00f3n <strong>se\u00f1ales de no estacionar<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Llevando a cabo <strong>Operaciones conjuntas de control del tr\u00e1fico con la polic\u00eda local<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tomar acciones directas como: <strong>desinflar neum\u00e1ticos, remolcar veh\u00edculos o imponer multas a los infractores<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Estas medidas tienen como objetivo restaurar la funci\u00f3n de las calles de la ciudad como <em>espacios de movimiento<\/em> en lugar de \u00e1reas para estacionamiento de largo plazo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Soluciones de estacionamiento de larga duraci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Para abordar las causas fundamentales de los problemas de estacionamiento en Labuan Bajo, se est\u00e1n considerando varias estrategias a largo plazo, tales como:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Desarrollo <strong>instalaciones de estacionamiento integradas<\/strong> en el centro de la ciudad que sean asequibles y accesibles para residentes y turistas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Presentando un <strong>sistema de estacionamiento electr\u00f3nico<\/strong> Para que sea m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil encontrar y pagar plazas de aparcamiento<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Revitalizar terrenos gubernamentales vac\u00edos o \u00e1reas sin uso como zonas de estacionamiento temporal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fomentando una <strong>\u00e9tica de estacionamiento basada en la comunidad<\/strong>, involucrando a grupos vecinales, empresas y escuelas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exigir a los hoteles y restaurantes que proporcionen sus propias \u00e1reas de estacionamiento como parte de los requisitos de licencia comercial<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>El gobierno ya ha designado algunas \u00e1reas de estacionamiento, por ejemplo, cerca de la <strong>Terminal de ferry de ASDP<\/strong>, cerca de <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/travel.detik.com\/fototravel\/d-5976872\/ini-ikon-baru-labuan-bajo-yang-digadang-tercantik-se-indonesia\">Paseo mar\u00edtimo de Labuan Bajo<\/a><\/strong>, y en el <strong>Campo Kampung Ujung<\/strong> \u2014 pero a\u00fan son insuficientes para satisfacer las demandas diarias y estacionales pico, como durante el Festival de Komodo o el Marat\u00f3n de Labuan Bajo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>El problema central: la falta de espacio de estacionamiento adecuado<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>El principal desaf\u00edo detr\u00e1s de la prohibici\u00f3n de estacionamiento es el <strong>Falta de plazas de aparcamiento alternativas integradas<\/strong>.
